The concept for this project was to create a fully immersive brand and retail environment for adidas, a space that goes beyond traditional shopping and instead invites customers into the heart of the brand. From the moment visitors enter, the aim is to evoke a sense of energy and excitement, drawing them into a narrative that celebrates performance, innovation, and culture. Every element of the space is designed to reinforce this story, allowing customers to not just see the products, but to understand and connect with what the brand stands for.

A defining feature of the space is the ‘lab’ environment—an interactive zone dedicated to exploration and discovery. Here, one of the flagship running shoes is deconstructed into its individual components, with each element displayed and explained in a highly visual, tactile way. From cushioning systems to breathable uppers and sole technology, visitors can see and understand how each part contributes to performance. This hands-on approach transforms technical information into an engaging experience, bridging the gap between product design and real-world benefit.

The overall design balances retail functionality with experiential storytelling. While the space is carefully crafted to drive sales, it does so in a way that feels authentic and brand-led rather than overtly commercial. Clean architectural lines, bold graphics, and dynamic lighting create a contemporary, high-energy environment, while curated pathways guide customers naturally through the journey—from discovery to deeper engagement, and ultimately to purchase. The result is a cohesive retail experience where storytelling, education, and commerce are seamlessly integrated, leaving customers both informed and inspired.
